Project Manager of Government of Guyana One laptop for family project, have been working with persons who are visually impaired using jaws software and currently we are in the process of acquiring ‘dragon naturally speaking for persons with physical impairments. This is a new field of study for me and I am in the process of researching to fully understand how I can immerse myself in fulfilling the requirements needed to contribute to the PLWD’s development.
